What is the Barrington Heights Home Owners Association?
 
The Barrington Heights HOA was created to "preserve, foster and promote the betterment of the area of Barrington Heights in Oak Harbor, Washington.  Barrington Heights is  a great place for you and your family to live and play!  

All members are homeowners within the Barrington Heights HOA  boundaries who pay the nominal annual membership dues.

 

A Board of Directors is elected to manage the monthly duties of the organization.
